Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where we work to identify, explore, and change repetitive patterns that may keep you stuck or unfulfilled in work, relationships, or life in general. Therapy can help you develop resilience and new capacities, master traumas, resolve conflicts, gain clarity and perspective, leading to a more fulfilling life.
With all the uncertainty in our world, whether it’s climate change, political strife, economic instability or the impact of AI in the workforce, it may be appropriate to feel anxious or depressed! I believe that an antidote to these feelings of worry and despair is to develop our capacity to meet these challenges with increased resilience and strength.
I have over 30 years of experience working with clients presenting with a variety of issues. My style is warm, engaging, focused and direct. Together we can uncover unhealthy patterns that may be keeping you from deeper, more meaningful connections with yourself and others, as well as helping you access your inner resources to meet the challenges that life may present.
